Knowing how to keep your customers is pretty darn important, don’t you think?  In fact, if you don’t know how important it is to your bottom line profits and success…I’ll tell you.

Customer Retention should be at the very top of your priority list!
The time and the cost or cost of time associated with gathering or acquiring customers should be enough for you to realize how unbelievably important it is to create happy, satisfied customers that RAVE about your product, rather than people who try it once and never touch it again!

What do we do in this business?
We gather customers and we recruit and sponsor people who gather customers.
It’s the name of the game.

Customer acquisition.
Customer retention.

Not just buzzwords.  They are core strategies that lead to profitability and sustain a long-term business.

Companies spend billions of dollars on both customer acquisition and customer retention strategies…yet it’s barely talked about in network marketing.

It’s not hard.  Retaining or keeping a customer is pretty easy if you do a few simple things, like what I share in the video attached to this post.
