Active Versus Passive Recruiting
One of the great things about network marketing is that we call our own shots. We choose the days we work. We choose the hours we work. If you’re working your business full-time, you decide when you’re open. That’s one of the great things about network marketing. It allows us complete flexibility with our schedules. Some work their business part-time, some work it full-time. Some are “active,” and some are “passive” when it comes to recruiting people. This means if they decide to do their recruiting from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, after 5:01, they’re done. What I’m going to show you in today’s training is how to recruit more passively. What’s great about this is that you’ll find yourself recruiting many more people while actually “working” less than you usually would. You’ll have much more flexibility in your schedule to do the things you love doing daily. Ok, let’s get started.

How To Spot Opportunities And Recruit Really Good People
Quick example…I talk about this on my Insider Secrets to Recruiting Professionals training. It goes like this…I might be out headed to the store or running errands. I see a “for sale” sign in the front yard of a home I’m driving by. I take just a minute to write down the realtor’s phone number. Next thing you know…I’m calling that real estate agent. Now is this active or passive? Well, I was out running errands, and because I’ve trained myself to look for opportunities everywhere… I went from passive to active. Heck, I’ve recruited so many good people using this method. It’s my number way of recruiting. So, you want to train your mindset to be on the lookout for opportunities like this consistently. If you’d like more detailed training on doing this,
