The Fearless Networker: Welcome! Let’s jump in and get to know one another a bit better. Do you have any unusual or impressive talents you’d like to share with us? Or is there something about yourself that would surprise everyone?

Networker:  I was a huge tomboy growing up!  I raced BMX bikes AND played the saxophone.

The Fearless Networker: What would you say is the most courageous thing you have done in your life?

Networker:  I saved my son from drowning in the ocean. It was the scariest day of my life!

The Fearless Networker: What's the last thing you geeked out about? Or are you technologically challenged?

NetworkerI am definitely NOT technologically challenged. I think the last thing I geeked about was my new fridge that has a built-in t.v. and Wi-Fi.

The Fearless Networker: What were you doing BEFORE you got involved in Network Marketing?

Networker:  I worked retail management my entire adult life, bouncing around from one store to the next.

amber voightThe Fearless Networker: How did you FIRST get introduced to the Network Marketing profession and, honestly, what was that experience like for you?

Networker:  I heard about it at a craft show when I was 17 and fell in love! However, I wasn’t all that good at it in the beginning.

The Fearless Networker: Okay, now for the stats…how long have you been involved in the Network Marketing profession, how long have you been with your current company, how many people have you personally enrolled into your company and what is the current size of your organization?

Networker:  I’ve been involved in the profession for a total of 14 years. Have been with my company the last five years personally sponsoring 2,000 distributors and have a total team size of 250,000.

The Fearless Networker: What does a typical day in your life look like?

Networker:  I wake up at 8 a.m. to get the kids off to school. Then I’ll work a few hours hosting my morning Lives and answering FaceBook messages. Then I’ll go out to lunch, work on and off for the next couple of  hours. When my kids get home from school I hang out with them. And, I check my FaceBook and Inbox throughout the night.

The Fearless Networker: What is your favorite book(s)? How about your favorite genre of music? (If you want to throw in the first concert you attended, go for it! (My first concert was Rush, June 6, 1979 at the Seattle Center Coliseum.)

Networker:  I love all music from rap to country and everything in between. My favorite would probably be classic rock though. One of my favorite artists since I was super little is Dr. Hook which happens to also be my first concert! I went to the Rush concert last year and let me tell you – they still got it!

amber voightThe Fearless Networker: Tell us about a time, no matter what age, that you wanted something so badly, regardless if it was big or small, that you were unstoppable in pursuing it. What obstacles did you overcome to reach that goal?

Networker:  Network Marketing! It took me eight years of failing and everyone telling me to quit before I found success. It was hard to not listen to “them”…glad I didn’t!

The Fearless Networker: How has being involved in Network Marketing CHANGED YOUR LIFE, professionally, personally or both?

Networker:  Everything! I use to be an, unknowingly, egomaniac. I have no ego anymore thanks to personal development and this profession. It’s done more for me personally than money ever could have.

The Fearless Networker: What gives you joy and/or feeds your passion?

Networker:  Music and friends.

The Fearless Networker: What is your biggest fear?

Networker:  Something happening to my kids and I can’t save or help them.

amber voightThe Fearless Networker: If you are full-time, how long did it take you to go from being a part-time Network Marketer to going full-time? Were there any hesitations, struggles or roadblocks?

NetworkerIt took me 10 years. I struggled with my own insecurities, telling myself, “Why you? You're a drop-out. Why would you be successful?” I had to learn to shut those thoughts off.

The Fearless Networker: What makes you happiest and most effective when working with others?

Networker: Seeing it click for them and seeing people push themselves.

The Fearless Networker: What are the failures that you most cherish?

Networker:  Every single one! I've learned so many lessons.

The Fearless Networker: Let’s end on this note: What’s one solid piece of advice that you’d give someone entering this profession for the very FIRST time? And/or the best advice you’ve ever received?

Networker:  Don’t ever stop!

The Fearless Networker: Great advice; thanks for sharing. It's been a blast getting to know a little more about you Amber!
