The Fearless Networker: Welcome! Let’s jump in and get to know one another a bit better. Is there something about yourself that would surprise everyone?
Tyler Dickerhoof: Surprise…my background was working as a nutritionist for cows! Yes, cows!
The Fearless Networker: What would you say is the most courageous thing you have done in your life?
Tyler Dickerhoof: Definitely bungee jumping.
The Fearless Networker: What's the last thing you geeked out about?
Tyler Dickerhoof: Biometrics, the measurement and statistical analysis of people's unique physical and behavioral characteristics.
The Fearless Networker: What were you doing BEFORE you got involved in Network Marketing?
Tyler and Kelley Dickerhoof: Tyler was a nutritionist for dairy cows and Kelley was a spin instructor.
The Fearless Networker: How did you FIRST get introduced to the Network Marketing profession?
Kelley Dickerhoof: I was introduced to Network Marketing on an airplane.
The Fearless Networker: Okay, now for the stats…how long have you been involved in the Network Marketing profession, how long have you been with your current company, how many people have you personally enrolled into your company and what is the current size of your organization?
Tyler and Kelley Dickerhoof: We've been with our company for seven years, have enrolled 259 people and have and organization of 160,000.
The Fearless Networker: What does a typical day in your life look like?
Tyler and Kelley Dickerhoof: Up at 4:25 a.m. and go until 7:45 pm. Ha, ha!
The Fearless Networker: How has being involved in Network Marketing CHANGED YOUR LIFE, professionally, personally or both?
Tyler and Kelley Dickerhoof: Network Marketing provides purpose, options and fulfillment.
The Fearless Networker: What gives you joy and/or feeds your passion?
Tyler and Kelley Dickerhoof: Seeing others achieve!
The Fearless Networker: If you are full-time, how long did it take you to go from being a part-time Network Marketer to going full-time? Were there any hesitations, struggles or roadblocks?
Tyler and Kelley Dickerhoof: Kelley jumped in right away and Tyler became full-time after two years. Building enough income was a hesitation, but strategically we needed to grow the business to next level.
The Fearless Networker: What makes you happiest and most effective when working with others?
Tyler and Kelley Dickerhoof: Progress.
The Fearless Networker: What are the failures that you most cherish?
Tyler and Kelley Dickerhoof: All of them!
The Fearless Networker: Let’s end on this note: What’s one solid piece of advice that you’d give someone entering this profession for the very FIRST time? And/or the best advice you’ve ever received?
Tyler and Kelley Dickerhoof: You have to be passionate about the product that you are sharing. If not, you will struggle and it will be a daunting experience.
