Network Marketing Doesn’t Need to Be Complicated

Network Marketing is hard work for sure…but it doesn't need to be complicated or technically difficult to understand.  One of the most important things you can do…especially with your brand new people is keep things really, really simple.

In fact…I have a phrase I like to use that's based on a true story:

Keep it So Simple that a 7-Year Old Could Do it!

Seriously!  The best thing you can do for your new people is think in that manner.  How would you teach this to your 7-year old?  You wouldn't complicate things or overload them with information.  You'd keep it bare-bones simple.

The challenge I see for a lot of people is they think they need to lay out all the details in front of their new rep…but quite honestly, it can be a bit too much for a new person.  After all…they're already busy and life has a lot going on for them.  Here they come into your business…very likely part-time, and if you overload them with TMI (Too Much Information), it will put them on pause before they even begin.

When you're bringing new people onto your team…try to keep things as simple as possible.  You can feed them other stuff as they grow in their understanding of what we do, but giving them everything on Day one is a mistake.

Remember:  “So Simple a 7-Year Old Could Do it.”

Make that your mantra and you'll find yourself seeing more successes throughout your organization.

As you've probably heard me say before, duplication happens as a result of keeping things super simple and systematic.  Systems and Simplicity lead to greater duplication in an organization.
