The first thing you must do if you want to become a network marketing leader is… DECIDE!

The minute you decided to become a leader, you are. It all starts with leading yourself first and moving towards your goals on a daily basis.

You want to be the person you want your people to be.

Let me give a simple example of what I mean. 

• If you want your people to be more engaged, then you should probably be more engaged. 
• If you want your people to sponsor more, then you should probably be sponsoring more.
• If you want your people to be on more Zoom calls, then you should probably on more Zoom calls.
