I was talking with a couple I've known for years. They both have good paying jobs… and have been doing their network marketing business on the side for years.
Their income from the business is not enough to live on.
Their priority was their jobs first… then their network marketing business.
Then with a flip of a switch… everything changed instantly.
Within a few weeks, they both lost their jobs due to these trying times. With their main income source cut off at the knees their priorities changed right away.
With the loss of their jobs they needed cash fast.
Here's what they decided to do…
They decided to get serious about their network marketing business. As if their life depended on it. This small mindset shift changed everything for them.
They're now starting to grow their business at a consistent pace… for the first time in years.
I suspect within the next few months their income will surpass their job income.
What it all comes down to is this… make the decision to take responsibility for yourself and your business.
Let me give you another example…
I was speaking at a network marketing conference a few weeks ago.
There was around 2500 people that flew in from Central and South America for the event.
I would guess that each attendee easily spent around $2K to be there.
There's a question I like to ask from the stage.
It's this…
“How many of you want to make enough money from this business… so you did not have to have a job anymore?”
In other words…
Your life could depend on the income from your business.
The response was around 95% of the room raises their hands.
Then I ask my next question…
“How many of you up to this point have been working your business… as if your life depended on it?”
The response… 90% of the hands DROP!
Around 5% of the room was doing what it takes to drive their business.
So the deal is this…
If you want your life to depend on the business. You have to act as if your life depends on the business.
What happens if you lost your job tomorrow?
You'd have shift gears… and get serious about building your network marketing business.
As if your life depended on it.
I see a lot of people “play” network marketing.
You don't want to do that. You want to work your business as if your life depends on it… because it does!
Question for yourself… are you showing up like you know you should be? Now, is the time to get serious and work your business, like never before.
We want to be warriors… NOT worriers.
