If you want to grow a long-term business with true residual income, customer retention must become one of your top priorities. But here is the uncomfortable truth: almost nobody in this profession focuses on keeping customers. Everyone focuses on acquiring them.

We spend time chasing leads.
We spend time presenting.
We spend time following up.
We spend time trying to close the sale.

But once we finally get the customer, most people move on as if the job is done.

Retention is what pays you.
