The Fearless Networker: Deni, you have enjoyed tremendous success in Network Marketing. I'm curious, what were you doing before this profession?
Deni Robinson: I was a Tupperware lady!
The Fearless Networker: So you already had the skills! How did you first get introduced to the Network Marketing profession and what was that experience like?
Deni Robinson: My husband brought home a brochure that intrigued me. It said “If you are willing to do for a couple years what others aren’t willing to do, you can live the rest of your life like others only dream.” My thought was, “Well, that’s what I want to do!”
The Fearless Networker: So you found what you wanted to do. And, how long have you been involved in the Network Marketing profession now?
Deni Robinson: Over 20 years!
The Fearless Networker: How many years have you been with your current company?
Deni Robinson: I've been with my company for eight years.
The Fearless Networker: How long did it take for you to go from being a part-time Network Marketer, to taking the leap and going full-time?
Deni Robinson: One year.
Deni Robinson: I've personally enrolled 80 individuals and have over 90,000 in my organization.
The Fearless Networker: What, if anything, was your biggest fear as you started your Network Marketing career?
Deni Robinson: Nothing!
The Fearless Networker: Wow, what a dynamo! So you were really ready for the opportunity. What, if anything, was your biggest struggle on your way to achieving success in this profession, and how did you overcome it?
Deni Robinson: I believe consistency is KEY to one's daily mode of operation.
Deni Robinson: Creating a local infrastructure. Build local and think global.
The Fearless Networker: What does your typical day look like in terms of what you do in your business?
Deni Robinson: Very different now than as a new distributor. My typical day now includes team calls, Zooms, creating content and doing events.
The Fearless Networker: What have you found to be the most effective means of recruiting new distributors into your business?
Deni Robinson: Simple!!! Make friends!
Deni Robinson: Getting people plugged into our system. And, promoting events!
Deni Robinson: Go to work at this CONSISTENTLY, every single day. Most people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in five.
The Fearless Networker: How has being involved in Network Marketing changed your life?
Deni Robinson: Network Marketing has helped us create the life of our dreams, allowed us to travel the world and provided us with the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of others. Network Marketing shrinks the world and enlarges your heart. Making global feel local…affirming that across countries and cultures, we are all connected…that we are all the same regardless of race, ethnicity, background or beliefs.
The Fearless Networker: What is your favorite business book or books of all time, and WHY?
Deni Robinson: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. You need to think, plan and visualize what you want your life to look like. I make big, audacious goals and then back it down into activities that can make it happen.
Deni Robinson: Go to work “as if” you have a business that you have invested millions into. In this business you get to earn while you learn! I am addicted to the stories of how our products and business changes lives. And, that fuels me every day to tell the world.
The Fearless Networker: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received that’s served you well in business?
Deni Robinson: That which we persist in doing becomes easier, not because the nature of the task has changed, but because our ability to do so has increased. We all start as beginners.
