Fearless Networker Spotlight: Freddy Elias

In this Fearless Networker Spotlight, we're featuring Freddy Elias, a professional Network Marketer who's been involved in the industry the past 25 years and currently has an organization of 7,000.

The Fearless Networker:  Freddy, you've been in this industry a long time.  Did you have any obstacles to overcome when you started out? 

Freddy Elias:  My obstacles in the beginning were believing in the industry and in myself.  And fearing what people would think of me.  I worked on myself everyday and learned about the power of Network Marketing. 

The Fearless Networker:  While you were studying the field, what did you find to be your favorite business book?

Freddy Elias:  Og Mandino's The Greatest Salesman in the World. 

“Take the attitude of a student, never be too big to ask questions, never know too much to learn something new.” Og Mandino

The Fearless Networker:  Amazing book from Og Mandio!  You've personally sponsored 300 individuals into your current organization.  What's your strategy to growing one's business? 

Freddy Elias:  Working with passion and being consistent every day. 

The Fearless Networker:  I teach the importance of consistency all the time.  As I mentioned, you currently have an organization of 7,000.  How did you recruit those individuals; what's your method?  

Freddy Elias:  I'm old school and did it all from my center of influence and meeting new people. 

The Fearless Networker:  What have been some of the most effective actions you’ve taken to grow your team?

Freddy Elias:  For me, building relationships with people is everything.  Spending time with them and getting people to believe in themselves. 

The Fearless Networker:  How has being involved in Network Marketing changed your life?

Freddy Elias:  I've become a great leader.  And Network Marketing has given me the type of time-freedom with my family I could never have had with any other profession. 

The Fearless Networker:  If you could share anything about the profession that would impact our readers, what would you say?

Freddy Elias:  If you are not designing your life someone else will, so take ownership.  The industry of Network Marketing can provide you with more than you could imagine. Freedom, lifestyle, unlimited income; it's so incredible how many lives you can change in so many ways.  It's a pay-it-forward business, which is so rewarding! 

The Fearless Networker:  If asked, what’s one piece of advice you’d give someone currently in Network Marketing or entering it for the very first time?

Freddy Elias:  Take it serious, work hard, speak with passion, and never give-up.
