OK, first thing we need to look at are the following...
1) Are you prospecting?
I know this sounds silly... but I assure you I've talked to networkers who think they're doing the business... but they're not.
If you're talking to people... and putting them in front of your company presentations good!
2) Are you following up with them in a timely manner?
This is very important because you're working WITH momentum... since it's new to them.
3) Are you taking their temperature?
Are you asking them what their interest level is... after they've viewed the information?
4) Are you doing a 3-way call with them?
3-way calls are still one of the best methods for validating success in the business.
Use them and learn from your upline and how they close the business.
5) Do you know the packages available in your business?
It's important to know and understand the different packages in your business.
This way you can help your new people get started with the right one.
6) Are you addressing their concerns and answering their questions?
Listing is one of the best things you can do to close business.
Your prospects will tell you exactly what they need to get started... you simply want to listen for it.
7) Are you ASKING FOR THE BUSINESS?
Nothing happens without asking.

Once you're doing all seven of these items... start looking at where you're getting stuck.

Cool... start studying the packages your company offers.
Starting think of ways each one can help your prospect.
Remember, it's about measuring your actions and working on them to get better.
