This leaves them with a bunch of spinning plates in the air... trying to maintain at that level.

I call this "fake ranking" and you DO NOT want to do this.

The Basics of Leadership Building and What You Must Know

OK, let me give you the very basics of leadership building.

The ONE THING you must first do to have massive success in this business... is become a leader yourself.

Once you become a leader, you then train others to become a leader.

It starts with attracting the right people to you.

This starts with you first becoming an attractive person.

The way you do this is by working on your mindset and skills.

Once this is dialed in, you start recruiting more of the right people to you.

When you bring on your new people, you want to start working with them...

And, supporting them, so you make sure they hit their goals.

This is done by looking at their behavior and making sure they're doing RPA's... revenue producing activities.

Once you've identified these people, it's time to take them to a leadership role.

The Leadership Machine That Cranks Out New Leaders

What you want to do at this stage is start to give them small roles.

Ask them to take introductions on your team calls.

Ask them to share their story with the team, etc.

We want to gradually start passing on more responsibility to them.

This way they feel confident in doing things on their own.

The goal is to create independent leaders, NOT codependent leaders.

Before you know it, you'll have three to five new leaders on your team.

This is when you'll start to see your checks climb and hit your next rank with ease.
