Imagine you just joined your network marketing business, and you're excited. You're ready to take on the world and grow this thing BIG!
Your sponsor is there with you every step of the way… guiding you and supporting you – all the way to the top.
Then you wake up from this dream, only to realize your sponsor is gone. You're now all alone in this company and have no idea what to do.
You feel completely abandon, and betrayed. This person told you they would help you in the business… and now they're out of here.
Question is…
“Can you still succeed in the business?”
YES, you can my friend!
And I'm going to show you exactly how to do this in today's training.
OK, if you're in this situation… hang in there because I'm going to show you exactly what to do.
The first thing I would do is go upline… and see If I can find someone to work with me. Try to reach out and find your sponsors, sponsor first. If no luck, keep going upline.
You should be able to contact your company, and find out who's your upline.
Now, let's say you're not able to find anyone upline who will help you.
Can you still succeed… yes!
This comes down to you stepping up and making it happen for yourself. Start looking at what training is out there from your company.
Are there other people (maybe sideline) who are having success?
If so, start getting to know them and see what they're doing.
The truth is at the end of the day… you're doing the work, not your sponsor.
If you're in this situation start connecting with the company directly. Start getting information for upcoming training, product details, etc.
Building a business is just like anything else you want to learn about out. One step at a time.
Now, let's talk about turning lemons into lemonade. Decide that you're not going to let this happen to anyone on your team.
Step up, start leading and creating a culture on your team that's supportive and helpful.
This experience will accelerate your growth and confidence… because you're making it happen on your own.
