There are two types of networkers.

* The Doer

* The Doubter

Let me quickly break these two down for you.
The “Doer” is determined to make things happen regardless of their current circumstances.

However, this person looks at things differently. They’re looking for ways to hit their goals, drive more business, and keep moving forward.

The “Doers” are the ones who create massive success in this business.

Now, let’s look at the “Doubter.”

This type of person is always making excuses for why they’re not producing. These are the people complaining about a lack of products, tools, or support.

They’re always complaining about something instead of focusing on what they can do right now to move their business forward.

These are the people who keep jumping from company to company looking for everything to be perfect.

Unfortunately, nothing is ever perfect so this is a complete waste of time and energy. This behavior keeps people busy in their minds and saps them of all their efforts, which they could be used in a more positive way.

You want “Doers” on your team.

Which all comes down to...

As the leader of your team, you want to shut down the complaint department. Focus on driving the business forward with what you got.

In life, you can only do the best you can with what you have.

Remember, this is a mental game.

It’s all about developing a winning attitude. The grass is not greener on the other side. The grass is greener where you take care of it.
