Interesting update…when I'm referring to the Fitness Club in this video, they STILL decided to not honor their FREE 6 month membership coupon, even though the expiration date was a year from now…printed on the actual certificate. Very interesting stories and GREAT lessons to be learned about doing things right and doing things WRONG!
