How to Create More Team Loyalty in Network Marketing

Have you ever heard the term, small hinges swing big doors? What this means is… the “little” things you do matter when building your network marketing business.

What I'm going to share with you today is one of these “little” things, but let me tell you something… it will swing a BIG door in your business.

What is it? Glad you asked… it's called team loyalty.

It so funny, when we first start bringing people we know into our business. We think because we're friends or family they're going to stay with us forever and not go anywhere.

The truth is, people do what people want to do, regardless of your friendship you have with them. Now, there are things we can do to help strengthen the relationship with them and create that loyalty.

Building Team Loyalty (BIG SECRET #1).

In my experience of building large network marketing teams, what I found to be one of the best tools is… listing to your people.

Now, I go into depth on this in the podcast, but ultimately people simply want to be heard. You want to set up your team structure, so people can share their thoughts and ideas with you about the business.

Create an environment where your network marketing team members can be heard. This is extremely powerful when done right and will allow people to feel like part of the team.

Building Team Loyalty (BIG SECRET #2).

People love to feel valued and appreciated. People will do more to feel valued and appreciated then almost anything else in the business… include making money.

Being part of a tribe, family or team feels great, we crave it as human beings. The longer a person feels valued and appreciated about being on your team, the more loyal the become.

Now, let's pump the brakes for a second. What I'm sharing with you is ultimately about being a real human that cares for other people. You do NOT what to manipulate peoples feelings for your benefit.

I know this isn't you, but I had to say it. This is about empathy and listen… making real connections with your team members. This is a relationship, just like other relationships you have in your life.

I'm simply shining a light for you on how to amplify these two things. When done right your team members will feel amazing and… start building business on a consistent basis.
