One of the things you don’t want to do is only rely on your business-building activities. If you do, you’ll find yourself recruiting a lot of people, and in a few weeks or months, they’ll be gone.
This is why training your team (the people you recruit) is critical to your network marketing success.
Without training, they’ll end up doing nothing in the business. This will only leave you feeling frustrated, overworked with very little money coming in.
So, to consistently rank advance in the business, you’ll want to have a well-trained team helping you along the way.
And here’s my process for doing this...

There are four simple steps:
1) Keep your training simple
2) Keep your training non-confusing
3) Do not overtrain your team
4) Provide multiple ways for your team to access the training.
