I love network marketing! It's one of few industries that allows to create income... that keeps growing beyond our own personal efforts.
Now, this doesn't happen by magic... it happens by us getting to work and creating customers. Customer retention is EVERYTHING in this business.
The real money (and stable money) is made from happy customers using our products and services on a consistent basis... day in and day out.
We get paid on "sales of products/services", not by recruiting people. It's kinda of like McDonalds™. They're able to serve billions of people, because they have restaurants all over the world.
They're selling hamburgers... not "buy a McDonalds™ and get rich". When companies start only focusing on "getting reps" this leads to problems down the line.
One of the BIGGEST mistakes I see some companies (and reps) making... is focusing ONLY on recruiting "business builders" and not customers.
Heck, some of the companies have no incentives for getting new customers. Their culture is all about the "opportunity"... yet the moneys' made when people are using the products and services.
This leads to reps training to sign up other reps... and product consumption only happens in order for people to stay qualified. This is a recipe for disaster on so many levels, I won't even get into it right now.
You want to be SMARTER and create a sold and stable income for yourself and your team. This happens by everyone using the products and promoting the products.
You want people using your products and services... regardless if there's an opportunity attached to it or not. I get into more details in this weeks training, so make sure you watch the video on this page.
Now, let's talk about...
Ok, the first thing you want to do is TRAIN your new person on how to us the product. I don't mean tell them to read the product info and that's it.
I mean you set an appointment with them to SHOW them how to use the product. What they can expect when taking the product. You want them to feel 100% about taking the product or using the service.
Let me give you a quick example...
Let's say you have a detox product. You know there's a chance of someone getting a headache when taking the product. So, this is something you'll educate your new customer on.
This is where you'll explain the detox process and what's happing. Let them know what to expect. You want to do everything in your power to make sure your customers have an amazing experience.
