So…here's the thing. We work super hard to find someone and help them build a big team that is totally self-sufficient and independent. Isn't that the focus point when it comes to building a network marketing business? On the business building side of things, we look to help people grow into a network marketing leader, and become completely independent.
We do all this talk about work for a few years, retire…and you're done, right?
Wrong. The reality is…you are NEVER done. You still have to work, and it's important you understand what needs to happen to keep things moving in the right direction.
Do you have to keep the same furious pace you were on to build it in the first place? No. But…you can't just “set it and forget it.” There's more to the picture.
As network marketers, we work our rear end's off prospecting and seeking talent…with the ultimate goal of finding solid people and building a TEAM of individual's who have the same desires and goals we have…at least from the standpoint of wanting more out of life, although the individual goals may vary. Network Marketing as a business model isn't perfect by any stretch, but it absolutely DOES work, and has proven to help people create dramatic lifestyle shifts.
In this video, I talk about a subject that NEEDS talking about. I've blown it a few times in my career and have LOST people to other companies, or simply lost them altogether. In many cases, those situations can be prevented…and it has everything to do with COMMUNICATION.
Granted…people have free-will and can do whatever they'd like, but you can prevent a lot of heartache through good ole fashioned communication. People are going to do what they're going to do…and there's not a whole lot you can do about it.
But…when you do what I tell you to do in this video, I'm pretty confident that you'll reduce the amount of times this happens to you in your career.
