After all… think about it. When you pay someone’s way in, it’s very motivating. They’ll for sure get to work and start building the business when they have no skin in the game, won’t they?
Of course not!!! If someone cannot afford to join your business, paying their way in isn’t going to inspire them to act. You’ve already crippled them from the moment they joined.
Again…don’t pay someone’s way in, and definitely don’t be like Buzzy. He’s an idiot… and represents all of the things you DON’T want to do in this profession.
