Sometimes they change the product or formulas…
Sometimes it's the pay plan, etc.

You want to hold yourself to higher standard.

What you want to do is simply move on and start building again…
WITHOUT breaking apart the team you previously built.
WITHOUT talking “sh**” about the company you were previously with.
You simply want to ride off into the sunset and start building from scratch.
This way everything (including your name) is still in TOP NOTCH!
