Better yet… even IF the company isn’t having any issues, make something up! People love it when they hear bad things. They’ll be more likely to be ON FIRE about their business when they have a seed of doubt planted in their head, won’t they?
CHECK THIS. Don’t ever plant seeds of doubt with people on your team. One of the worst decisions you can make is bringing bad news to your team. The moment you plant a seed of doubt, it festers.
