The first thing you want to do is pick one or two people on your team. These are the ones you’ll be working with personally over the next 30 days. Who you pick is important because you only want to work with the willing. So these people have to have a strong desire to build their network marketing business. Now, this doesn’t mean you stop working with other members of your team. It also doesn’t mean you’re not actively working on your revenue-producing activities. Each person you work with is a “project,” and you’re going to SHOW them how to do this business, working closely with them. Such as training them, making calls with them, singing up new customers, etc. After the 30 days are over, they’ll be running on their own. At this point, it’s time to take on some new projects over the next 30 days. See how this works? Good!
Once you start doing this, you’ll see the business growing, new customers buying, and your team member’s rank advancing. New team members get excited, feel wanted, valued, and part of the team. It’s all about helping your people move the ball forward in a very strategic way. It’s the process I use for launching new team members fast. And…You’ll want to train your members to do the same with their new members. Now, what you have is everyone joining your team SEEING how to do the business correctly. This works much better than signing someone up and “hoping” they have success. That, my friend, is a recipe for disaster and will only bring you frustration.
