I see a lot of people setting up multiple calendars.

You want ONE place to manage everything in.

This keeps things much simpler and less confusing.

The KEY here is to use different colors for different items.

For example, blue for business, green for family, yellow for prospecting, etc.

You get the idea.

The next thing you want to do is calendar your entire day.

From here you'll then schedule your time.

It's no different from having a job and working 8 hours a day.

Once you have things scheduled out, it's time to log your activity.

This way you're holding yourself accountable for your daily actions.

One thing on your schedule should be prospecting.

Here you'll schedule time each day for this.
