Get Real: Year-End Review Like a Pro

It's almost the end of 2023, and let's face it – some of you are still playing catch-up while others are smashing their goals. It's time for a no-nonsense, year-end review. No sugarcoating, just the hard truths that'll set you up for a super productive 2024.

1. Numbers Don’t Lie:

Start with your sales figures, team growth, and customer retention. Were you hitting the marks? If not, where did things slip? Numbers give you the cold, hard facts – no room for excuses.  If your business isn’t going well, get real with your business building, revenue producing activities.  Are you in the game or sitting on the sidelines watching others win?

2. Strategy Scrutiny:

What strategies did you deploy? Which ones bombed and which soared? Be brutally honest here. Clinging to a failing strategy is like trying to fill a leaking bucket. Pointless.

3. Skillset Evaluation:

Have you grown as a network marketer? What new skills did you pick up? The profession is always changing; if you're not learning, you're falling behind. Period.

Looking Ahead: Nail 2024 With a Bulletproof Plan

Now, let’s talk 2024. I’m not here to handhold; I’m here to make sure you hit the ground running.

1. Set Goals that STRETCH You and Force you to Reach:

Set goals that push your limits, but are still within reach. “Shoot for the stars” sounds great until you realize you've got no rocket.  Saying you want to make $1000 a month isn’t a big goal, while saying you want to get to a million a month may be outside of your reach in the short term.  Better to focus on goals that you can reach, but you’ve got to work harder to get to them. 

2. Craft a Killer Strategy:

Based on your 2023 review, build a strategy that’s lean, mean, and ready to conquer. Adapt to the market, don’t resist it.  I’d suggest utilizing AI in some capacity if you aren’t already.  It will make your life a lot easier. 

3. Expand Your Arsenal:

What skills are you lacking? What knowledge gaps do you have? Fill them. The best weapon in network marketing is your brain – keep it sharp.

4. Build a Stronger Network:

Your network is your net worth. Nurture those relationships. And cut ties with dead weight – not everyone deserves a seat at your table.

5. Stay on Your Toes:

Be ready to pivot. 2024 will throw curveballs; your ability to adapt will make or break your year.  Remember when the whole world had to pivot in 2020 and 2021?  You best be ready for whatever surprise might come your way.  

The Time for Action is Now

2024 is not just another year; it's your next big chance to shine in this cutthroat world of network marketing. Do the tough work now. Review 2023 with a critical eye, and plan for 2024 like a general going to war. It’s time to step up or step aside. Your move.
