Ok, you've made the commitment to your network marketing business. Congratulations!

You've committed to working your business on a consistent basis… and you've gotten a couple people on your team so far.

Nice Job!

Problem is no one on the team is working? This can be frustrating to say the least. In today's training I'm going to share with you how to fix this.

Let's get started…

The first thing we want to do is identify the problem. Now, the problem might be several things.

Here's a few of them…

* People you brought in are customers only?

* People you brought in are not committed to building a business?

* People you brought in were not trained?

You're starting to get the idea, right?

The KEY here is that it ALL STARTS with us. We have to take responsibility of the people we brought in.

We want to first look at our process for sponsoring new team members, to see where we can improve upon.

Which leads us to…

How To Make Sure You're Always Improving

You've heard the saying… “it's a numbers game” right? Well this is true, it is a numbers game.

But, what's cool is… we can control the ratio of those numbers. For example, let's say you're able to sponsor 1 out of 10 people you talk with.

This would be a 10% conversion rate for you. Now, good news is you can control that 10%. How? By improving your skill set in the business.

Once you start improving your skill set, you'll start to sponsor more people. Pretty soon that 10% will skyrocket up to 50% – 80%, because you'll know exactly who your ideal prospect is.

And, you'll know exactly what to say to that person and what kind of system to put them through.

This is how you start attracting the right people into your business. 

It's what I call…

The KEY To Duplication

This is having a simple system that is duplicatable. A system that you've tested and sponsored people with on a consistent basis.

A system that has the least amount of complexity as possible. WHY? Because SIMPLE is better, SIMPLE, is effective and SIMPLE WORKS.

Most importantly… SIMPLE DUPLICATES!
