Let’s start with your team first. Your team is made up of people. The funny thing about people is you can’t control them. You can try, and at the end of the day, it doesn’t work. So how in the world do you get everyone doing the same thing in your business? Great question. After doing this for 30 plus years, it all starts with this one thing… INSPIRATION! It all starts with you being able to inspire your people. And to get a little meta on you, it starts with you inspiring yourself. This comes from being dissatisfied. Dissatisfaction is the catalyst for change. So now you’re out there doing the business, getting new customers and reps. You’re taking action towards your dreams. Now, it’s time to SHOW your team what to do.
Here’s the thing…You want to become good at discovering why people leave your business. Doing this will give you a better understanding of how to prevent this in the future. People don’t do things that they don’t know how to do. This is why you must give people a path for doing the business. Show them step-by-step what they need to do to build their business.
