You ever have a crap day? I sure have. How about a really AMAZING day? Yep. Me too.
Sometimes you're on. Sometimes you're off. It's how stuff works.
Life seems to feel so incredibly good when everything is working in your favor…and so NOT good when things are going downhill. You know what it feels like to be on your game, full of your “mojo”, where everything seems to be going super good? Feels nice, huh?
Then…you hit burnout stage. Nothing goes right. You're tired. Your creativity is gone. Heck. You may even feel like just laying on the sofa and doing nothing.
Been there. Done that. Fried. Finished. Stick a fork in me. I'm done.
We all cycle with our energy levels, which directly impact our ability to produce. High energy, high production. Low energy, low production.
