Once they sign up new customer, they never speak with them again… this is CRAZY! What you want to do is create a follow up system… that keeps you engaged with your customers all the time.

Reason being…

Customers that have a great experience on your products… are more likely to stay longer.

You want to look at your customers as high value people.

One of the fastest ways to increase your income… is to have your customers consistently reordering.

The way to do this is by connecting with them often.

It all comes down to consistent communication with your customers.

Another thing you want to do is evaluate YOU!

One question to ask yourself is this…

How do your customers perceive doing business with you?

This is a great question for you to answer. Then start thinking about what can you do to make them feel loved and cared for.

The truth is… the fortune is in the follow up!

Start designing ways you can be consistent with following up.
